By accessing and using Headge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

2. Description of Service

Headge is a meditation and mindfulness application specifically designed for traders. The App provides guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, performance tracking, and educational content related to trading psychology and mental wellness.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Age Requirements and Suitability

Headge is designed for and intended to be used by adults aged 18 years and older.

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Headge.
  • Trading Context: Our content assumes users have legal capacity to engage in financial markets and trading activities.
  • Parental Responsibility: If you are under 18, you may not use this service. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's internet usage.
  • Age Verification: We reserve the right to request age verification and terminate accounts of users who do not meet the minimum age requirement.

5. Subscription and Payment

Headge offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $14.99 per month
  • Annual Plan: $149.99 per year (20% discount)
  • Lifetime Access: $499 one-time payment

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through Headge, including but not limited to meditations, audio recordings, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Headge or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Headge is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed for meditation and mindfulness purposes only. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of content in this App.

8. Trading Disclaimer

Headge does not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment guidance. The App focuses solely on mental wellness and mindfulness practices. Any trading decisions you make are your sole responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and trading involves substantial risk of loss.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code
  • Collect or harvest any information from other users
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

10. Privacy

Your use of Headge is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Headge, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Headge and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the App.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
