Terms
The rules for using Headge, creating a membership, and reading the catch-up.
Effective 14 August 2026
1. Agreement
By using Headge or creating a membership, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Fair Use notice, and the Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The Service
Headge is a daily catch-up of talking heads. It turns public YouTube and X commentary into short, attributed, source-backed views — who said it, about what, which direction, over which horizon, how fresh, and where to inspect the original.
Mix is a count. Sentiment is a mean of attributed scores. Daily pages attribute views to talking heads. Big Picture is Headge's weekly reading of that week, written by Headge and frozen at publish. If a claim cannot be placed on a topic confidently, the outcome is No View. Headge does not invent a view the analyst did not state.
3. Not Advice
Headge is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, or rating agency. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. A view is a paraphrase of what a talking head said, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Price is context. Related instruments are Headge's mapping, never the analyst's trade. You are responsible for your own decisions. The full limits sit on Disclaimers.
4. Membership
A membership lets you follow analysts, watch instruments, receive alerts, opt into the newsletter, leave comments, and mark views Agree or Disagree. You must be 18 or older. Give Headge a working email and keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your membership.
5. Comments
A comment is your remark. It is not a view, not Headge's voice, and never attributed to the analyst. Do not post unlawful, abusive, or misleading remarks. Headge may remove comments and close memberships that abuse the site.
6. Agrees
Agree and Disagree are your marks on a view. Public tallies are reader counts, not Mix and not a scorecard. Headge does not use them to place views or to rank talking heads. One mark per view; a different mark replaces the previous.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not:
- Disrupt the service or scrape it in a way that burdens ingest or the read model.
- Impersonate an analyst, a venue, or Headge.
- Present mix, sentiment, an agree tally, or a related instrument as a Headge call.
- Use the For Agents surface or MCP as a write path, a transcript dump, or a substitute for citing the talking head and the source URL.
8. Intellectual Property
The Headge name, mark, layout, editorial portraits, and the wording of summaries belong to Headge. Source posts and videos remain with their authors. Names and likenesses identify who spoke; portraits are representations, not endorsement photographs. How Headge uses public commentary is described under Fair Use.
9. Availability
The catch-up depends on public sources remaining public. Ingest can lag, miss a source, or decline a claim as No View. Headge may change, pause, or stop the service.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided as is. Views, catch-ups, placement, sentiment, and portraits are produced with machine transcription and language models. They can be wrong, incomplete, mistimed, or attributed to the wrong speaker. Headge does not warrant that every view is complete, current, or correctly placed. Stale after five days is a flag, not a deletion. Third-party sites linked as sources are outside Headge's control. Read Disclaimers before you treat a row as a fact.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Headge is not liable for trading losses, missed views, downtime, or decisions you make after reading the catch-up. If a court finds liability anyway, it is limited to the amount you paid Headge in the prior twelve months — which, today, is nothing.
12. Termination
You may stop using Headge and ask that the membership be deleted. Headge may suspend or close a membership that breaks these Terms.
13. Changes
Headge may update these Terms. The Effective date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change is agreement to the new Terms.
