1. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on Headge is financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. Headge is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, commodity trading advisor, or rating agency. A view is a paraphrase of what a talking head said in public — not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or avoid anything, and not a Headge call.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. If you need advice, ask a licensed professional who knows your circumstances. Past commentary is not a track record, a scorecard, or a promise of future results.
2. Machine-Made, Fallible
Headge uses machine transcription and language models to turn public YouTube and X material into short views, catch-ups, placement onto topics, sentiment scores, and editorial portraits. That pipeline can be wrong.
- A transcript can mishear a word, a ticker, a level, or a speaker.
- A summary can flatten a hedge, miss a condition, or place the claim on the wrong topic or horizon.
- Sentiment is how strongly the claim was stated, shown as Weak, Moderate, or Strong — not a measure of whether it was right, and not a calibrated probability.
- A catch-up is a machine summary of that day's attributed views — still a reading, still able to err.
- A portrait is an editorial representation generated from a public profile image, not a photograph and not an endorsement.
If a claim cannot be placed confidently, the honest outcome is No View. Absence on a page is not a hidden bearish call. Always open the original post or the exact video moment before you treat a row as what the talking head said.
3. What the Numbers Are Not
- Mix is a count of unique analysts (or unique positions on one analyst's page). It is not consensus and not a Headge house view.
- Language strength is Weak, Moderate, or Strong. The underlying score is kept for heatmaps and agents. It is not a rating, a signal, or a forecast.
- Related instruments are Headge's mapping from a broad topic to a ticker. They are not the analyst's trade.
- Price charts are context. The views on the page are the page.
- Stale after five days is a freshness flag. It is not a deletion and not a verdict that the view expired.
- Levels appear only if the analyst stated the number. Where the source paywalls the level, the row says Direction Only.
4. Sources Stay Outside Headge
Talking heads, venues, and firms do not endorse Headge by appearing on it. Their names identify who spoke. Their posts and videos remain theirs. Headge does not ingest paywalled research. How the public record is used is described under Fair Use.
5. For Agents
The For Agents surface, llms.txt, the agents API, and MCP return the same attributed views, with the same limits. They are not a house view, not a transcript dump, and not a write path. An agent that cites a view should name the talking head and the source URL, and should not present mix or sentiment as a call.
6. No Warranty
Headge is provided as is. Coverage can lag, miss a source, misplace a claim, or go down. Third-party sites linked as sources are outside Headge's control. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Headge is not liable for trading losses or for decisions made after reading the catch-up. The Terms govern use of the site.
