Background
Trading for a living is the hardest thing I've ever done. I've worked for large corporations, been a consultant, and built and sold my own business. Trading is still the hardest thing I've ever done. If anyone tells you it's easy, they are either lying or trying to sell you something.
I've been trading for over 15 years, and professionally for the last five of those. Across futures, stocks, crypto and options: the key to any measure of my success has been mental resilience.
